History

fm® was founded in 1964 by Franz Meyer who’s initials gave the company’s name. Starting as copier-cabinet supplier for former German copier market leader OLYMPIA, fm® has 40 years business and product expertise. The fm® Group of Companies today is specialized in engineering and developing highest quality printer stand / copier cabinet solutions for the world’s leading manufacturers.

Facilities

The fm® administration headquarter and production plant for the USA, Canada, Latin & South America, is based in South Windsor, CT. Two warehouse and distribution centers are located on the Eastcoast and Westcoast. The Canada office is based in Burlington, ON. Our Canada warehouse is located in Mississauga.

The fm® European operations are located in Boesel, Germany. Two additional licensed backup plants are run in Germany and Austria

The fm® contact office in Tokyo co-ordinates our close contacts to the global R&D departments of our customers in Japan. Asia is serviced from our Singapore office.
